  2 is being generous although there are a rare few that are helpful. A lot of problems stem from being rushed, understaffed, not being trained properly and picking the absolute worst people to interact with the customers. Depending on the insurance you can get a better price with an online free pharmacy card which of course complicates the transaction even further. If possible call in and pick it up at the drive thru..... well, that's if its even open. And get the price before you drive there or you'll be waiting even longer while they sort thru the insurance issues.
