  I would give this store / chain negative stars if I could. I bought 2 mattresses and 2 box springs from them. One was for my daughter and the other was for my wife and I. The bed my wife and I purchased was supposed to be very soft. When it arrived, we put our mattress protector that we also purchased on it and went to sleep. The problem begins there... It felt extremely skinny, and felt like a sheet of plywood. We tried to get used to it and hoped it would get better, but after about a week of hardy sleeping at all we called the store to return it. The "manager" and I use that term lightly gave me the run around and tried to say it couldn't be returned until we tried to get acclimated with it for at least 30 days. We were not about to not sleep for a month, and after pleading my case unsuccessfully, my wife sent an email to the customer service address. She was told by someone else that you can absolutely return a bed before the 30 days is up. We arranged for the bed to be picked up and was told we would get a refund by check in 7 to 10 days. It has now been 2 weeks and when we called to find out what was going on, a different "manager" told my wife that they hadn't even begun to process it yet. It's now looking like I'm not going to have a new bed for at least 30 days as this refund check has to be sent by mail through their corporate office. If you call the customer service number you cannot get a person on the phone. I called the store and asked to speak to the district manager and was told that was not going to happen. They have my money $1135.00, and the bed, and now I can't even get a real manager or customer service person on the phone. I would never recommend this store to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Once they have your money you can forget about getting it back if you have a problem. You would be better off buying an air mattress from Walmart. At least they would give you a refund if there was an issue. Stay away, stay far far away from them. Horrible experience, with no end in sight...
